Volkswagens have been a part of our lives for as long as we can remember. The 1969 Bus we drove cross-country with four people and a dog in the dead of winter with no heat to climb Pike’s Peak in the middle of a snowstorm. The 1967 Beetle we rolled down a hill when one of us forgot to pull the e-brake. The day we impulsively bought two 80’s Vanagons at an auction. The 1957 Ghia pulled from a family barn. The little red right-hand drive Beetle we drove around Alesund, Norway for a few days. And how could we forget the 1972 Bus painted like a bumble bee, complete with antennae?

These cars have woven their way through our family story to where we are today. Our family loves fun, freedom, spontaneous road trips, and a story well-told. We love the way Volkswagens make people smile and make strangers become friends as they tell their stories of the VW in their lives.
